  1. What classes do you recommend post natal? Firstly, I would recommend you book in to my pelvic floor workshop either pre or post natal, so that you have a good understanding of the exercises and what you should and shouldn’t do post natal.


  1. When are newsletters sent out and how do I get one? Newsletters are currently sent out to my personal dōTERRA enrolments via email within the first 5 days of each calendar month. If you haven’t received one or are not currently on our mailing list and would like to be, please add yourself to the mailing list here.
