I have been a Qualified Massage Therapist since 2013 and have enjoyed bringing many clients relief from stress and work-related discomfort every week.

Used in conjunction with exercise and other complimentary therapies, massage can be very useful for releasing the body of toxins, reducing stress and pain, increasing flexibility and mobility, reducing swelling and bruising, recovering from training and reducing anxiety and depression. Just the simple act of touch can create many different positive outcomes in a person and can even help to increase self-confidence and self-esteem.

Massage Types

Remedial Massage  – A firm massage which works on targeted relief of knots and tight areas and helps to relieve pain.

Swedish Massage – A relaxation massage using long, slow strokes.

Pregnancy Massage – A relaxing massage taking into consideration special techniques for pregnant women. Second trimester onwards, this will be conducted on the mother’s side with lots of soft pillows to increase comfort levels.

Chinese Cupping – Chinese cups are use to increase blood flow and circulation to tight areas and increase mobility in certain areas of concern.

Aromatherapy Massage – Coming soon. I am currently studying to be a Diploma Qualified Aromatherapist. Essential Oils can be used in any massage modality above provided they are brought in by the client.
